By accessing Arvenza RegTech services, you agree to these terms with Anka Sustainability B.V., the service provider. Arvenza RegTech is the product brand under which services are delivered.

The platform supports structured CBAM preparation workflows including supplier data collection, embedded emissions calculation, and audit-ready documentation. Service scope is defined in applicable agreements.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Services are provided subject to applicable agreements. Anka Sustainability B.V. does not guarantee regulatory outcomes; the platform supports structured compliance preparation workflows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands unless otherwise agreed in writing.
